How do I become a Universal Globe Partner?

Where do I request various city services?
Use MY 311, the City’s portal to report illegally parked vehicles, graffiti, homeless encampments, illegally dumped materials, dead animal pick up, garbage can replacement at https://www.lacity.org/for-residents.
To report a main break in your area, please contact DWP at 1-800- DIAL DWP (1-800-342-5397).
Where do I report stolen mail?
You should file a report with the US Postal Inspection service, as well as a police report with the Non-Emergency Information Line at 1-877-ASK-LAPD
